Everyone’s dream van is unique. Whether you’re planning to live in it full time, or want an adventure rig for the weekends, we’ll work together to design a vehicle fully customized for your needs. This includes:

• Choosing and buying a van (if you don’t have one already)

• Designing a van layout to suit your unique needs

• Determining power and water capacity requirements, and heating and ventilation needs

• Sourcing materials that fit your style and budget

Once we have the details finalized, you start picking out a paint color, materials, and accessories, while I’ll get down to work in my shop to make your ideal van come to life!

All pricing is for labor costs only — that way we can work together to choose the right materials for your needs and budget!

We are happy to help with a wide range of tasks or custom requests such as:

• Solar, electrical, and/or extra battery installation

• Water systems with your choice of hot or cold water for kitchens, showers, or both

• SUV bed platforms, pullout kitchen setups, and more!

• Roof vents, wall and floor panels, or insulation

• Roof racks, ladders, swivel seats, and more!

• Sumo springs installation

• Spare tire holders from Landed Gear, Owl Vans, and others.

• Heaters, gas lines, and plumbing

• 8020 aluminum extrusion, interior and exterior framing.

  Expertise working on custom and common buit vans, like Winnebago Travato, Solis, Revel, and Thor Sequence.

Expertise in working with Victron Components, Battleborn Batteries Lithium & AGM batteries, and others

Expertise in working with Webasto, Espar (Eberspacher) , Propex, and more.

Labor cost for most installation or custom requests is $150/hr

Looking for help with your window installation? We have you covered and can install a custom window of your choice. Most DIY'ers (and even some builders) aren't comfortable taking the risk of cutting holes in your new Overlander or custom van. That said, we offer a full-service installation of custom windows for your van.

Labor Rates:

• $600 per window

Installation takes between 24 & 48 hours to allow the adhesives to cure.
